Our fillet steaks are cut from the center of a whole  fillet, ensuring the highest meat to fat ratio. We offer a variety of cuts, including tournedos, mignons, and the petit roast, which is ideal for sharing. Every steak is trimmed of excess fat and expertly crafted to provide maximum value.

To preserve the quality of the meat, our steaks are flash-frozen at -28°C within minutes of being cut. This process reduces food waste and maintains the steak’s freshness, as red meat naturally discolors over time.
