600g (21oz) IQF Frozen
This deeply rich cut boasts a thickness of 4.5cm or more, ideal for searing and oven roasting as a whole, to be served on a platter to share or sliced laterally for individual block steaks, or thinly sliced crosswise for sukiyaki.
