Fam Foods proudly holds an exclusive partnership with the Kobe Beef Association, allowing us to offer certified Kobe beef directly from Japan to Saudi Arabia and 12 Arab countries. This collaboration ensures that each cut meets rigorous quality standards and carries the authenticity guaranteed by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries. Through this partnership, we are able to deliver a dining experience rooted in Japanese heritage and unmatched in flavor and quality.

What Makes Kobe Beef Unique?
Kobe beef is the most prized in the world, known for its exceptional marbling, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, and rich, buttery flavor. Only the Tajima strain of the Japanese Black breed, raised in the Tajima region of Japan, qualifies as Kobe beef. Each year, just 3,000 to 5,000 cattle meet the stringent standards to be labeled ‘Kobe’, making it one of the rarest meats available.
